What we evaluate and repair
Evaluation, repairs and service limits
Evaluation before parts
We review the concern, maintenance history and any existing findings. Testing or inspection establishes the repair scope; we explain the evidence and estimate the approved work.
Selected repairs we offer
Selected cooling-system, valve-cover and engine-sealing repairs; qualifying timing-belt/water-pump procedures; EVAP smoke testing and selected suspension work. Acceptance depends on labor, access, equipment and vehicle condition.
When a larger facility is needed
We do not take internal engine work, transmission evaluation or overhaul, body/bumper repairs, oil-change-only requests, custom projects or previously started DIY repairs. Longer or more extensive work is referred to a larger facility.
Preparing for your request
Send vehicle details, the symptom or requested repair, current mileage and your service location. Include existing findings and whether any work has already been started.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you request service
What if the vehicle is overheating or has an urgent warning?
Stop as soon as safely possible and follow the owner’s manual for the warning. Do not open a hot coolant reservoir or radiator cap. Tell us about warnings, fluid loss, smoke or unusual noises before scheduling. On-site repair availability does not establish that the vehicle is safe to drive; towing may be appropriate.
Do you replace timing belts and water pumps?
Selected procedures may fit. We review the engine, service history, expected labor and equipment requirements before accepting the work; not every vehicle fits an on-site visit.
Can you help with an EVAP code?
We review the vehicle and concern and may perform targeted evaluation, including smoke testing when appropriate. The code alone does not identify the failed part.
Is three to five hours a completion guarantee?
No. It describes the work we focus on accepting. Corrosion, damaged fasteners, hidden damage and parts availability can change the time needed. We explain changes before additional work is approved.
Can you replace a valve-cover gasket on-site?
Selected vehicles fit. Engine layout, required disassembly and the source of the leak determine the scope. We review the procedure before accepting the job.
Can you service my transmission or change my oil?
We do not offer transmission evaluation or overhaul, or oil-change-only service. We focus on general repairs that fit our equipment and on-site environment.
We supply all repair parts. Installation of your usable, compatible spare tire is a separate assistance service. Qualifying repairs include a 2-year / 24,000-mile parts-and-labor warranty, whichever comes first. Why we supply the parts · Coverage and terms
