These terms apply to this website operated by 4A Auto, LLC, doing business as 4A Auto A/C & Repair, for customers in Alpharetta, Johns Creek and surrounding North Atlanta communities.
Website information
This website provides general service information. It does not replace an in-person vehicle evaluation, repair authorization, final estimate or promise that a particular service, result, part or appointment is available.
Service requests and appointments
Submitting a form, email or text does not create a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when 4A Auto expressly confirms the date, time, location and expected service.
Estimates, authorization and warranties
Preliminary information is subject to inspection, testing, parts availability and customer authorization. The applicable estimate, repair authorization and invoice control pricing, scope, payment, cancellation and warranty terms. Mileage and time warranties apply only to qualifying work identified in those documents.
On-site requirements
You are responsible for providing an accurate service address, confirming automotive repair is permitted by the property owner or manager, and providing safe and lawful access to the vehicle. Some work requires a working grounded 120-volt electrical outlet within practical reach. The vehicle must be on a stable, reasonably level surface with sufficient working space. Conditions may require rescheduling or declining work.
Parts
For repairs, we supply the parts we install and do not install customer-provided repair parts. Installing your usable, compatible spare tire is a separate assistance service. Choosing suitable parts is part of our professional responsibility. We consider vehicle compatibility, quality and supplier support so we can manage and stand behind the complete repair.
Our goal is to complete the repair correctly the first time. Even new parts can have defects. We handle supplier issues and applicable warranty support, giving you one business to contact if something goes wrong. Qualifying repairs include a 2-year / 24,000-mile parts-and-labor warranty, whichever comes first. Your written estimate or invoice explains eligibility, coverage and terms.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
See our Payments & Refunds Policy. The website service-request form does not take payment or create a fee by itself.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or deceptive information, interfere with availability or use automated systems to overload the service.
External services
Links to third parties, including Google, are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. The featured YouTube video loads only when you choose to play it. External services apply their own privacy and cookie practices.
Georgia law and consumer rights
These website terms are governed by Georgia law, without limiting consumer rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
