Promotional SMS Terms

These terms cover the optional promotional text-message program from 4A Auto, LLC, doing business as 4A Auto A/C & Repair (“4A”). They do not apply to service-request texting, which has separate Service SMS Terms.

What you may receive

Customers who separately check the promotional-text box on the optional updates page may receive up to two recurring promotional text messages per month about seasonal automotive service offers, maintenance reminders with an offer, or appointment availability. The program does not send financing or loan offers.

Program number and status

When the promotional program is active, messages will be sent from 470-641-3067. The promotional program will not begin sending until its separate marketing campaign is approved and active. If the sending number changes, 4A will obtain a new promotional text opt-in before using the new number.

Your consent

Consent to promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is limited to up to two messages per month.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to a promotional text to cancel promotional texts. After STOP, 4A will not send further promotional texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, email 4A-Auto@pm.me, or call 470-641-3067 for assistance or to change a preference.

Privacy

4A does not sell or share mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Read the Privacy Policy for more information.
