What we evaluate and repair

Evaluation, repairs and service limits

Evaluation before parts

We review the concern and inspect relevant accessible brake components. Findings may include pad and rotor condition, wear patterns, caliper operation and visible leaks. We explain what should be addressed and why.

Selected repairs we offer

Selected pad, rotor and caliper repairs, subject to vehicle procedure, required equipment and condition. We select suitable parts and verify the approved work after installation.

When a larger facility is needed

Repairs requiring extended lift access, unsupported electronic procedures or extensive hydraulic/ABS work may require a larger facility. We confirm the fit before scheduling.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you request service

Should I keep driving if braking feels unsafe?

If braking is reduced, the pedal suddenly changes or a brake warning appears, stop as soon as safely possible and follow your owner’s manual. Arrange appropriate assistance rather than drive to test the problem. A photo, text conversation or appointment request cannot establish that the brakes are safe.

Can you estimate brakes from a photo?

A photo and vehicle details can help us review the request, but they do not establish the condition of every component. The repair scope and final estimate depend on evaluation.

Do pads and rotors always need replacement together?

We base the recommendation on condition, measurements where appropriate and the vehicle procedure. We explain the findings rather than assuming the same parts list for every vehicle.

Can you install brake parts I already bought?

Thank you for asking. We supply all repair parts so we can manage compatibility, quality, installation and applicable warranty support. We do not install customer-provided parts.

What if a caliper or fastener creates extra work?

Brake condition can change the scope. If we find a seized component, damaged fastener or another concern, we explain the findings and any added cost before proceeding.

Will you replace only the parts I request?

Tell us what was recommended and why. We review condition and explain the appropriate scope before approval rather than relying solely on a requested parts list.

We supply all repair parts. Installation of your usable, compatible spare tire is a separate assistance service. Qualifying repairs include a 2-year / 24,000-mile parts-and-labor warranty, whichever comes first. Why we supply the parts · Coverage and terms
